Course Overview:
This foundational program is designed for aspiring and newly appointed college lecturers. It equips participants with essential pedagogical skills and knowledge for effective teaching in higher education, covering topics like adult learning theories, curriculum design, classroom management, assessment strategies, communication skills, and professional ethics.
